This Time by Pip Dryden is both the campus and regional winner of Okanagan College's seventh annual Three-Hour Short Story Contest. Dryden's story is an ethereal exploration of the complex and figurative meaning of time. Her writing is an evocation to wrestle against formalized, linear conventions of time, to explore how acts of generosity and compassion can seemingly halt and transcend the mundane, the everyday, towards that which is ineffable.
